Can't believe how crazy this month has been already! We started with Riley's birthday! We celebrated a bit early, but still had a great time. Riley enjoyed cheese fondue for dinner and rainbow chip cake for dessert. She also enjoyed her large art set and carries that wooden box around with her all the time. Can't believe she's nine! It's too close to those double digits!
Jared and Deegan enjoyed an overnight trip together. They went to Bend, OR for a seven-on-seven football tournament. They spent the night in the suburban on a farm that raises wild cats. He loved seeing all the lions, courgars, panthers, etc. They had a good time together! Deegan loves to be with the boys!
We finally had our first camping trip of the year! Pine Meadows at Cottage Grove Lake, was beautiful, if a little windy and cold! At least it didn't rain on us! It took a long time waiting for a few days with no rain in the forecast!

This was my favorite thing! Deegan's solution to keeping the smoke out of his eyes! Wearing his sweatshirt backwards and keeping the hood on his face! Of course he couldn't see where he was going, so we had to be extra careful he didn't actually walk into the fire.
